How it works...

The Elevate Program is a small group coaching program delivered in 6 Zoom coaching sessions over 3 months. As well as these live group coaching sessions, you’ll be supplied with a beautiful printed workbook, a 24/7 coaching support group and built-in accountability – so you’ll know exactly what to do and when to do it.

During each Zoom session, experienced and accredited coach Ami Summers will guide you through the frameworks and tools to deepen insight into yourself, your colleagues and your organisation.

Program content

Our program begins in April 2026.

Together we'll go through the following modules:

Module 1: Values
Thursday 30 April 2026 9:00am – 11am AEDT
Discover what matters most to you and how to live them authentically in your life and work by defining your core values and those of your workplace.

Together, we’ll explore the supporting and unsupporting behaviours that support your values in action. You’ll dive deep into the values most important to you and your business, learning how they intersect and where there might be differences. Your values will function like a compass or ‘guiding light’ for all your future business and leadership decisions.


Module 2: Learning Styles
Thursday 14 May 2026 9:30am – 11am AEDT
Discover and unlock unique learning and communication preferences.

Your learning style influences how you perceive and process new information, as well as how you communicate, learn, interact and lead. In this module, you’ll uncover your learning style – and that of your colleagues and clients/customers – empowering you to leverage your strengths and improve collaboration with your team, collaborators, clients and customers.


Module 3: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Thursday 28 May 2026 9:30am – 11am AEDT
Explore and constructively tackle the five common challenges facing teams, plus identify what makes the ultimate human for your team.

Teams face common challenges that can get in the way of their success, and understanding and addressing these challenges is crucial to being part of an effective team. In this module, you’ll learn to identify and tackle these dysfunctions, while also gaining insight into what makes the ideal team player, helping you to play your part in creating a constructive team culture that enhances collaboration and success.


Module 4: The Lifestyles Inventory (LSI)
Thursday 11 June 2026 9:30am – 11am AEDT
Explore your thinking, behaviour and internal stories through the LSI.

The Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) is a tool designed to help people explore their thinking, behaviour and internal stories. By reflecting on our thinking and behaviour patterns, we can identify areas for improvement and enhance our effectiveness. You’ll discover the ‘Constructive’, ‘Aggressive’ and ‘Defensive’ styles, and you’ll be introduced to ways to shift your thinking and behaviour to help build a more constructive culture in your workplace and be your best at work.


Module 5: Building a Constructive Culture
Thursday 25 June 2026 9:30am – 11am AEST
Create a culture that everyone can be proud of.

To play your part in building a constructive culture, it’s important to understand and embody the four ‘Constructive’ behavioural styles: Achievement, Self-Actualising, Humanistic/Encouraging and Affiliative. 
This month, you’ll learn all about these behavioural styles and how you can leverage them to help build a culture in which people feel satisfied, engaged and fulfilled.


Module 6: Accountability Plan
Thursday 9 July 2026 9:30am – 11am AEST
Set yourself up to succeed with an accountability plan.

In our final module, we focus on setting ourselves up for success by establishing an accountability plan. Research shows that meaningful incentives and accountability are crucial for achieving our goals. By committing to a goal with someone else, our chances of success increase significantly.

We help you create a set of personal accountability measures so you stay on track, and implement the work we've done together.

Ami Summers

Lead Coach

Devoting a lifetime to the dual interests of creativity and business makes for some pretty interesting synergies. Ami would know. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts and is an accomplished painter. She has also studied a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has owned, managed and run several successful small businesses.

With 16 years experience as a Certified Coach (Mentor Coach), Ami applies a strengths-based philosophy to provide valuable coaching outcomes for individuals and organisations. She has coached hundreds of business owners and individuals across her career, including over 100 past Create and Elevate participants! 

Ami brings her deep appreciation for, and knowledge of, the beautiful intersection between the creative and business worlds to her work as Director and Lead Coach for Craft. She has worked with hundreds of small business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives and individuals over more than a decade — using a strengths-based philosophy to help them unlock their full potential.

In signing up for the program, you are agreeing to pay the total program amount upfront ($1890 + GST) or 3 monthly instalments of $630 + GST.

We'll assume you can attend at least 80% of the sessions.
