As an accredited Leadership Coach with over 16 years’ experience, Ami has supported hundreds of individuals, founders, and leadership teams across industries to find clarity, confidence, and connection. Her approach is strengths-based, evidence-informed, and deeply human.

At Craft, Ami leads the design and delivery of tools like the Culture Pulse - offering leaders insight into their team dynamics, culture, and communication, and helping them make real, measurable change. She’s particularly passionate about working with purpose-driven teams who care as much about how they work as what they create.
