The Create Program is a small group coaching program, delivered in fortnightly Zoom sessions over 3 months. As well as these live group coaching sessions, you'll be supplied with resources, templates, workbooks, and built-in accountability – so you'll know exactly what to do, and when.
During each fortnightly Zoom session, experienced and accredited coach Ami Summers will facilitate sections of Craft Coaching and Development’s business plan template for you to implement in the weeks between the sessions.
These sessions will be recorded for you to watch back afterwards if needed. Within 3 months, you’ll have a clear picture of the what, why and how of your business, and will have developed a suite of new business skills through coaching.
Learning in a group has a number of benefits. Not only is it an affordable way to access coaching and small business support, but the group will provide an invaluable sounding board of support and advice. The group size will be intimate and small – we cap numbers to 15 participants, to ensure everyone in the group gets a chance to share and have quality coaching time. The group setting also provides you with the opportunity to make meaningful connections with like-minded entrepreneurs, small business owners, and founders – people just like you, who "get it".

Values
Discover what matters most to you in business through the exploration of your core business values, which will guide your decisions in the future.
We'll develop a set of behaviours that help you understand why things might not have felt right in the past, and a set of behaviours that you want to see more of in the future.
Purpose
Define your place of impact and the why that guides your future direction.
We'll take you through our signature Purpose exercise to help you understand the business you are in, and what underpins all of your strategic decisions.
Module 2
Business by Design
We'll teach you how to create a business that can be sustained energetically.
Learn how to best tap into your creative source, and avoid burning out.
We take you through our Energy Diary, and the Mood Task Match exercise that helps you to understand the emotions you can leverage for certain tasks or energy output.
Module 3
Strength
Discover and leverage your inner strengths for your business to thrive from, using the VIA Signature Strengths survey as our diagnostic tool.
Vision
Create a clear image of the future to steer and inspire you which is clear, measurable and expansive.
We help you to design your Visionary Goal - a clear, achievable goal for the future that helps you step into what is possible, and allows you to self-coach your goals into the future.
Introduction to your Business Blueprint Map
Begin to see how the content of the program fits together in your Business Blueprint Map - a visual strategy to focus your business decisions and help to guide you.
Module 4
Business Blueprint Map
We'll immerse into the planning and design of your visual strategy map for the next 1-3 years.
We then help you to identify the actions and timeframes that will allow us to achieve our vision.
Module 5
Systems & Processes
We'll help you to utilise automation, technology and time organisation, so that you can focus on the things that matter.
We'll go through the pros and cons of a number of systems (including paper to pen) in order for you to choose the system that will suit your needed.
We help you to map out your client process, so you can serve those you want to connect with more effectively.
Module 6
Marketing
We'll talk you through the most impactful digital marketing tips for your small business, and creating strategies to reach your ideal clients and customers.
Personal Accountability
We bring all our work together and we set up measures and structures to help us achieve our vision and goals.
We help you create a set of personal accountability measures so you stay on track, and implement the work we've done together.
Lead Coach
Devoting a lifetime to the dual interests of creativity and business makes for some pretty interesting synergies. Ami would know. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts and is an accomplished painter. She has also studied a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has owned, managed and run several successful small businesses.
With 16 years experience as a Certified Coach (Mentor Coach), Ami applies a strengths-based philosophy to provide valuable coaching outcomes for individuals and organisations. She has coached hundreds of business owners and individuals across her career, including 80 past Create participants!
Ami brings her deep appreciation for, and knowledge of, the beautiful intersection between the creative and business worlds to her work as Director and Lead Coach for Craft. She has worked with hundreds of small business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives and individuals over more than a decade — using a strengths-based philosophy to help them unlock their full potential.
